The Town Council office at the Town Hall, Rhiw Road, Colwyn Bay will be closed from 12 noon on Tuesday 24th December until 9am on Thursday 2nd January.
Conwy County Council’s offices will be closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day. For out of hours emergencies only, please contact 0300 123 3079.
