The Town Council is pleased to announce the launch of its 2014/15 ‘Colwyn Counts’ Participatory Budgeting scheme. Applications are now being invited from local not-for-profit groups/organisations needing funding for new projects which will be of benefit to young people and/or fit within the wider Vibrant and Viable Places themes of healthy, learning and prosperous communities. A total fund of £42,000 is currently available, with individual grants of £500 to £5,000. The closing date for initial applications is 12 noon on Friday 19th December 2014.
