The Bay of Colwyn Town Council will be taking part in this year’s ‘Fly a Flag for the Commonwealth’ for the first time this year. The Town Mayor, Members of the Town Council and invited representatives from local schools and other organisations will be joining over 950 other communities across the Commonwealth in raising the Commonwealth flag on the flagpole in Queens Gardens, Colwyn Bay at 10 am on Monday 13th March.
