The Public Audit (Wales) Act 2004, the Accounts and Audit (Wales) Regulations 2005 and the Code of Audit and Inspection Practice Require that the annual return, accounts and other documents such as accounts books, deeds, contracts, bills, vouchers and receipts relating to them are to be made available for inspection by any person interested at a convenient place fixed by the authority on reasonable notice.
