The Bay of Colwyn Town Council is offering grants of up to £500 to community groups who want to hold their own VE Day 80 celebration event. This is a fantastic opportunity to bring the community together and commemorate this historic occasion. Grant application forms must be received by noon on Wednesday 19 March.
