On Thursday 14th July, the Mayor and Mayoress welcomed Jennie Judd, a Wales in Bloom 2016 judge, to the Bay of Colwyn.
They had gathered at Queens Gardens, Colwyn Bay for a photograph with Town and County Council representatives during a tour which included Wynn Gardens, Combermere Gardens and Bryn Euryn Nursery as well as tours of Ysgol Llandrillo yn Rhos and Parkway Sheltered Accommodation.
